Tip: Make sure that ALL exit-enabled pipes, doors, etc. have a screen exit defined, or they'll take you to Level 0, the "endless" bonus game. Unless Start+Select is enabled, the only way out of it is to reset the game.
Adds a few changes to the default bonus game as well as some fixes:
1. Will trigger the "bonus game end" theme and animation even if the bonus game is entered from the Overworld or as a sublevel. This prevents being softlocked if a pipe happens to lead to the room, or the player manages to land on an overworld tile that hasn't been configured.
2. Rewrites the Cluster Sprite 1up so that it no longer appears out of thin air, and properly "exits" the pipe. It also will play a sound.
3. Adds functionality for the SMA2 "failure" pose if Mario fails to get a single 1up. By default, it will use crouching frames.
