Description:	A heavily modified version of the @22 (SMW closed hi-hat) sample, which removes all of the fading out data of the original BRR sample. It does include a non-looped version of the sample, which it's the original @22, but all of the fade-out part removed, and a looped version. It may be a great sample for using on unsampled songs, like open hi-hats, noise cymbals, or anything like that. Explaination of this edit: Show/Hide Basically, I just edited all of the BRR sample's amplitude values to be the same value. (like by example, I edited parts like $B0, $A0, $90, etc; to be all $C0 which's the maximum value a BRR sample can reach.) How the original @22 uses those amplitudes to properly fade-out the sample, it ends up "sustaining" the noise algorithm.
