This looks pretty good #ab{:D}

Tested with:

• Lunar Magic 3.31
• SA-1 Pack v1.40
• PIXI v1.32
• Snes9x v1.60

Fixed a pre-existing bug where the following movement had a tendency to break for max speeds above $40. The Shell should now work for speeds up to
±$7E, but can spontaneously invert direction at max speeds of $7F/$80 due to the double speed increment/decrement.

The update itself works as intended, so, accepted.
