Did an arrangement of NeedleMan's Stage. Was replaying Wily Wars and almost forgot how good this song was. It also made me realize I haven't done a single Mega Man 3 theme. Really wanted to make this a dance mix similar to my Dust Man (Mega Man 4) remix.
