BG was originally ripped by Mageker. I converted it to SMW usage.
Few changes were made:
-BG now has the correct Map16 tiles. Before, it used map16 tiles from page C0;
-The back area color can now be changed according to the user;
-An HDMA gradient can be used here.
Recommended BG scrolling: Both horizontal and vertical BG speed: Variable
