Description: This small patch adds a short invulnerability timer to sprites spawned from ?-blocks, so that they can't collide with other sprites right when spawned (in practice, this only affects the ?-block that spawns a shell). This fixes a weird interaction that can happen when throwing a shell/throwblock up to a ?-block with a shell, causing the two shells to collide.
