Super Mario Maker: P-Switch

SMW Sprites → Super Mario Maker: P-Switch

Submission Details

Name: Super Mario Maker: P-Switch
Author: westslasher2
Added:
Tool: PIXI
Type: Standard
Dynamic: No
Disassembly: No
Includes GFX: Yes
Description: This is a remake of the p-switch sprite from Super Mario Maker. These p-switches essentially act as a sort-of carryable platform that can disappear after a short period of time.
Additionally you can also make changes to some of the interactions and physics of this sprite.

Note: Separate graphics are used for the p-switches so that you can tell the difference between the vanilla version and the ones from Mario Maker.

Is there a way to make a custom music in the P Switch sprite?

Yep! #smrpg{y} The switch uses Super Mario World styled graphics so you can also have silver p-switches as shown in the GIFs.

As far as I remember these sprites from my SMM days, they feel about as good as they're gonna get for an SMW implementation. Nice features and ease of customization, especially for a held sprite. Only things that had to be changed upon submission were two instances of WDM #$xx (which crashes on the SNES Classic).

I dont know if it is meant to be like that.

Thanks for the info! The wall interactions are similar to how they work in the vanilla game, but I fixed that glitch now. #smrpg{y}
