Description: This patch allows you to spawn sprites with a carryable state (Bob-omb, Goomba, Buzzy Beetle and Mechakoopa) in their carryable state, if their extra bit is set. You can also choose if they're spawned with their stun timer set (like if you had stunned the sprite by jumping on it), or if they spawn with no stun timer and remain carryable forever.

For this patch to work properly, you must run PIXI on the ROM at least once.

v1.01:
- Fixed an issue with the Bob-omb's stun timer still being set if !SetStunTimer = 0.
- Fixed an issue with the Mechakoopa displaying it's "active" frame if spawned carryable.

Everything works as expected, accepted.

Tested with Asar 1.81, Lunar Magic 3.31, SA-1 1.40, Snes9x 1.59.2, PIXI 1.32.
