Description: Unused rocky layer 3 background from Yoshi's Island, that was left unused.

Unlike the prototype version of the background which is layer 2, this is layer 3, which means it uses the transparency as a color and one color less than (prototype version uses 5 solid colors). Due to this (and for completionist sake), I also included a replica of the prototype orange-ish palette.
It should be noted that as this was left unused in the final game, it doesn't have a "vanilla" background color, I just included one that makes sense and goes well with the solid colors.

Consider using Sprite Statur Bar (or any similar workarround) to avoid it being cut, as this is a 512x512 layer 3 tilemap.
