Some details:
-The palette animation in the original game is triggered by player's movement, but I just made it a constant animation here, as it's simpler and works as good.
-The scroll in the original game is 12,5% relative to the FG, which in Lunar Magic terms corresponds to Variable 3, however there's no such option on the advanced bypass settings scrolls, so I just went with Variable 2 which is the closer. However, it works very well with Variable and Constant too, so it's up to how you wanna use it (remember to adjust the Initial Y Position if you do, though)

And as always, this is a fullscreen layer 3 so it's best to use it with Sprite Status Bar (or a similar asm workarround) to display it properly without cut.
