Description: This is the Layer 3 from the game Yoshis Island for the SNES from the level "Make Eggs, throw Eggs". It was more an experiment how a Layer 3 file would look as BG and I think it turned out pretty well.

Moderator's Note: It's the Layer3 Graphics adapted to Layer2, keep this in mind when using it.

Remoderation notes:
-Heavy overhaul to this submission:
1) cleaned exgfx files from unused/garbage tiles
2) added butterfly animation (ripped manually by myself)
3) remade a lot of map16 tiles, removing unused/garbage tiles and creating missing tiles
4) adjusted/updated palette to go with all changes
5) and most important: remade the background from scratch to match the actual tilemap from source, as previous one was a loose recreation
-And as always updated submission name, pics (added gif to show animation), and added new info slots

Now as a personal opinion, I wouldn't encourage using this when the actual layer 3 version exists (which is how it really works best as it's akin to original game), however the team decided it was fine to keep in the section as its scope is different from the layer 3 version and the usability is pretty much easier (considering layer 3 shenanigans and whatnot)
