Description: The background part of the title screen of Yoshi's Island which isn't the big island.

It's important to note that the upper part are solid tiles, while the transparency is the plain sea, this is because the surface shine already uses the 3 solid colors available. Hence, a Sprite Status Bar (or a similar asm workarround) IS NEEDED to display the tilemap properly without cut.
Alternatively, a Layer 2 version exists.

Alternative: Hide the cutoff with the help of HDMA, that also works.
