Description: After saving Creamy Mami from the first adventure, Lakitu finally has a bit of a break ... but not for long! Nidoking, on this tour, has kidnapped Shizuka and now Lakitu, along with a new reptilian friend, will venture to save the beautiful Shizuka from Nidoking's poisonous hands. Lakitu's Great Adventure is a fairly short hack, however it doesn't seem to be easy. They are 9 super creative levels themed around something imaginative. Music, sprites, and even some enemies have been changed. Download this new hack (always if you are interested). Hope you like it (;^))

!Update!

In the updated version I have:

-Lowered the difficulty again
-Added a background for both "Painted Jungle" and "Retro Level"
-The Patch, No Magikoopa Respawn, has been inserted
-Retouching on some sprites
-New bonus room
-Removed the Sumo Bros that were at the beginning of the "Hot Sand Area" level (Reason: Causing strong graphical glitches)

I also tried to improve the credits, but I couldn't. Like I did for Steven's Strangest Day, the end will be a screen with some text. I know, it's hideous and anticlimactic, but this is better than the vanilla version of Mario World with the graphical glitches.

!Update!

-3 new levels (Grumble Volcano, Boots SpaceShip, Ninja House)
-Fixed bugs pointed by rafaelfutbal (thanks pal)
-New songs and new Graphics
-Improved credit screen

I hope this is the last update I will do. Now I will put my soul in peace and for some time I will stay away from hacking Mario World. I hope that in the future I will do something cooler. Thanks for playing my hacks.

This was a really great game to play and I really liked the level designs and music choices, it made the Hack really fun. One of the best SMW Rom Hacks I’ve ever played. #tb{:]}#smw{} Definitely going to rate this Hack 5 stars. Keep up the great work, really would love to see another amazing SMW Rom Hack like this one in the further future.

@rafaelfutbal Thank you so much for appreciating my hack. For the first bug I'm sure you crossed the slope above. That I can fix, while for the second bug I have to find some patch that deactivates the bonus stage, because I have not the faintest idea why he does it. Thanks for notifying me of these bugs. I will try to fix them (; ^))

Fun, short hack. Had a blast. I like the graphics. The Yoshi's island stuff is always nice. Plus any hack that uses Sewer Surfin' should be 5/5 automatically.

Hey hey! Do you remember the problems I was saying in the comment below? I managed to do it all! However, given the fact that this site does not make me modify the file I uploaded (and I don't know why (>:^()), go and download it on Romhacking.net. Thanks for reading the comment!

You can always PM the moderator who claimed your hack and send the update to them. When a hack is claimed, the user can't make any modifications. I'd suggest you send a PM to iggy (free) / Lazy about that.

So... It seems like a lot of people really like my hack, which is great I would say haha (For my first time hacking mario world I have to say ... I did a great job), but there are some criticisms that make me realize that the game needs to be changed. Here are what they are:
1) The game is difficult in the wrong way. There are no checkpoints and enemy locations make the game more difficult.
2) When the Banzai bill appears, some sprites disappear
3) The noise of the coins is annoying.
I will try to modify the game by this weekend. Thanks for reading the comment.

Hey, I saw that the final boss' clown car has the almost exact same smile as the one from Diagonal Mario 2, but there's no mention of the original author (Lester_Vine) in the hack's credits or anywhere else in the submission that you've asked him to use it or that you took inspiration from it to draw your own.
You might at least want to add a note about it somewhere.

Hello! You are definitely right! I will make a txt file with all the references, I especially apologize to the creator of the game
