I had tried drawing a "sunlight sparkling off of the ocean" effect a while back, but I got stuck trying to figure out how to do it. Your solution is simple, but so good: Just have animated sparkles on top of the ocean background! So good! Thanks for making (and sharing) these graphics

This is legitimately one of the most beautiful gfx sets I've ever seen. If gfx could be rated like sprites and music, it rate this 5 stars. Since I can't do that, I'll do the next best thing:

Really gorgeous tileset. The layer 3 parallaxing and the HDMA are very welcome additions. I changed screenshot orders to showcase better how these graphics look.
