Description: Hi. Before you start, keep in mind that this is an unorthodox hack where the level design often varies from level to level. I tried my best to make a difficulty curve but it really depends on the skillset of the player, if they're good at platforming, puzzling, etc. Overall my guess is that this hack is not very hard, but who knows. I went ahead and made clear videos for the levels in case you don't wanna spend time figuring out stuff blind with time stamps. Good luck!
(Clear videos might be slightly different after some cheese fixing but no method was changed. Everything works the same way)
You can save by pressing select on the overworld.

Clears -
Thanks to MassPunishment, AgeVerrly and LouisDoucet for testing and Selicre for credits stuff.

1.1 UPDATE - Minor tweaks (coin indicators, light nerfs) and cheese fixing to some levels, fixed bug where the koopa was despawning in the last level (seems to be console only).
I will be updating a new clear video pretty soon because the first room in the last level had a few changes. The 1.0 video IS useful for it but you will need to change the strat a bit. Motor heaven 2nd half also had a change but the setup is less complex so it should be fine. Other levels are the same as 1.0 though.

1.2 - god abandoned us. as much as i hate super mario world i also hate myself. fixed some cheese, and made some unintended strats intended. also sometimes you could get a crash due to some jank code with frame perfect issues (obviously wrote by me), now fixed. made some minor tweaks to other levels as well to loose some jumps.

Great hack. I played it after finishing "Way of the Tempest"! This is definitely more forgiving in some areas than Tempest.. but when it gets difficult, then it doesn't mess around.. just like Tempest. So make sure you bring your "a game" for it :D

yo people just in case, i'll be submitting an update very soon (probably tomorrow) due to some things i had to fix. if you play on console, mainly, you will notice an issue in the last level where the koopa doesn't spawn correctly some times, this is fixed already, i'm just getting the proper testing before submitting. it will be 1.1 in the title screen so you can check if you have the right version or not. sorry for that

Fantastic hack gui. I was hooked from level 1 and enjoyed practically everything in the hack. Similar to Way of the Tempest, most of the inspiration here was recognizable. However, I felt this hack was a bit more forgiving in terms of tightness and also gives the player second chances and time to look at setups before attempting to execute. My favorite level was

My only minor criticism is in
motor heaven, the shell up-throw/bump into up-throw/bonk felt weirdly inconsistent. I also had some instances of spawn issues where the koopa I needed to bounce off of was blocked by the grinder.
I'll partially attribute some of this to skill issue and trying to get through the hack in one sitting and being fatigued #tb{:DD}

Overall in my opinion this hack is approachable despite it's classification as kaizo expert. If you enjoy hacks like Titan Mario and Send Your Regrets to the Czar, this hack should be right up your alley. My only words of caution are to be prepared for a couple fairly difficult
cape sections
and also
trust the final level name #tb{;)}
. Thanks again gui for taking the time to make this and I can't wait to see what you do in the future.
