This difficult enemy paces back and forth slowly, staying on ledges ala the Red Koopa Troopa. When Mario gets in front of it, it jumps up and spits a spiky fish at him (or any other sprite you specify) which bounces along the ground and is harmful to collide with (though you can spin-jump off it). When it lands, it changes direction. It takes three stomps to defeat this enemy, and with each stomp, the Pelican Bro's movement speed becomes faster.
This sprite is customizable in several ways. GFX and a Readme are included (use SP4). This sprite was designed with the Wario Land II enemy in mind, but it behaves a little differently, obviously.
