Tip: Layer 3 backgrounds and tides disappear when you hit a message box, so plan your level around that. For example, you can add a sublevel without layer 3 at the start/midpoint, and include your message there.
Rewrote graphics drawing routine so the sprite properly animates now, and also displays the wrench tile before throwing it. Added defines for tilemaps, speeds, and also to determine if the wrench will be 8x8 or 16x16 (in other words, if the extended sprite will be a baseball or a bone). Changed CFG palette, modified sprite's graphics to use SP4 and included palette/palmask files. Made Rocky Wrench throw wrenches higher when the player is at a higher height, similar to SMB3 behavior. Removed unnecessary code. Added screenshots, tags, and SA-1 support.
