I looked into why the SPC previews weren't working for this and the Roland R-8 sample pack, and from what I've learned, if you either have too many files or to large of an overall file size, the site won't scan the .zip folder for SPC's to preview (in these two cases it's almost definitely due to the large number of preview SPC's, since other sample packs with more samples and less SPC's work; although other smaller sample packs have run into similar issues as well). I've asked others if this was fixable, but there doesn't seem to be any plans to change the limitations, so for future reference it might be good to either find a way to reduce the number of preview SPC's used for large packs like this or move forward with the knowledge that they might not preview after a certain point. I really wish it could be fixed, but I don't have that kind of power.
