Fixed.

No, h command ruins the transposition of @15 and other vanilla instruments (@2, @9, and @12). A quick fix would be to have $FA$02$FE instead of h-2.

@15 needs to be transposed two semitones lower. I exported the original SPC's note data with NintSPC and that's how it was.
