Description: This patch allows you to disable the music fadeout that happens when entering a level from the Overworld, on a per-level basis. This can be useful for example for levels that use the same music as the OW map they're in, which normally causes them to stay silent.

I thought with this I could stop having the overworld music muted when exiting a level with the same custom music...? but sadly the problem when exiting the level with start+select still remains..

This fixes it for OW -> level but not for the other way around obviously
