I did check the files. I'm not always 100% in terms of accuracy.

Once again I remember you, please check your files before uploading. The .pal file was missing, only the .palmask included (both are required to actually work). Renamed title to a simpler one as well.

Certainly an upgrade to the original layer 3 background, however, keep in mind this is uses more resources than that.
