Tested with: SA-1 1.40, ZMZ 1.08, PIXI 1.40 and Lunar Magic 3.33.

As you said about the original GIant Eerie... spooky. Accepted.

I decided I don't like the looping pop-in issue mentioned my MFG, so here's a quick fix.

A bug which has been inherited from the original sprite: Allowing the Eerie to spawn per scrolling will make the Eerie appear at the sides for a few frames. Likewise, L&R scrolling will make them pop-out into the screen.
This isn't game breaking so accepted.
