Description:	A very charming and simple background from Densetsu no Stafy 2. It's a great fit for calm area or night levels close to the sea. BG Scrolling should NONE, NONE. UPDATE: Minor optimizations and more accuracy the source material, at the expense of using some extra colors in palette row 1. Reripped from scratch. Credit would be great, but is optional.

Nice job with this. Shame about that horizon line making it NONE NONE, but I'm sure someone could straighten it out lol.

Currently our standard naming for all of the GBA Starfy rips in the section is "Densetsu no Stafy" (Stafy vs Staafy is a debate we had iirc) since those titles never got proper localized names, and calling them The Legendary Starfy would be confusing if someone were to post rips from the DS game.
