Dose this sample pack include Super Gameboy 2 too? Because they both sound alike.

The sample pack used in both editions of Super Gameboy are an exact duplicate and thus also applies to all of it's games that make use of the the audio enhancement, with the only notable differences being in-game specific sound effects (voices not included here).
