Description: | Fixes an issue where, when scrolling layer 2, if the player holds onto the ivy or wire mesh of layer 2, they do not scroll together. -Caution- -It scrolls along with touching the ivy or wire mesh on layer 2, even if only slightly. It is recommended that ivy and wire mesh are not overlapped or adjacent to layer 1 and layer 2. -Not applicable to sprites. |

Notes:
First of all, apologies for taking so long to moderate this -- I claimed it and promptly got sidetracked.
- I'm accepting this, but with some reservations. In some cases, layer 2 will still "slide" under Mario without dragging him along. This can happen when the layer scrolls in a way other than some sort of autoscroll, particularly with normal BG scroll and L/R scrolling. Realistically, you need to set layer 2 horizontal and vertical scroll both to constant for any kind of sane behavior for this. Given the way that SMW treats the layer 1 position the same as the camera position, I'm not sure what a good overall solution here is, but I think it's worth considering in a future update.
- There's also some odd behavior when grabbing a net/vine while on the ground and/or getting pushed into the ground, but I think that's minor here.
- Added a comment on the free ram define, because it wasn't clear that it was actually intended as free ram.
- Unmarked this as a "bug fix", since it's kind of debatable what the intended behavior is, and that this itself introduces a whole new set of edge cases.
