SMW Sprites - Pipe Dwelling Lakitu Show random
File Name: Pipe Dwelling Lakitu
Added:
Authors: Mathos, NekohDot
Tool: PIXI
Type: Standard
Dynamic: No
Disassembly: Yes
Includes GFX: No
Description: This is a disassembly of the pipe dwelling lakitu (sprite no. 4B).

Credit not needed but would be nice as this took a long time.

Now SA-1 hybrid. Also, a problem that made it impossible to come out of its pipe when Mario was to its right has been corrected.

I agree with Chihaya. Add me to the list of users frustrated by how obtuse this sprite is. It's copied almost completely verbatim from the all.log file, and the poor commenting was there, too!

I wanted to put a Lakitu that throws Bob-Ombs and uses Palette F into my hack, but since this disassembly is so fucking clunky and doesn't seem to respect the .cfg/.json file with regards to palettes (I had to change, of all things, an EOR #$5B to 5F...), I had to pass. #smw{>:|}

is it alright if i update it adding everything you mentioned @Chihaya (comments and customizations)

Very raw disassembly despite being functional. No customizing options and no commented code whatsoever. Wouldn't it be great if we could choose what sprite it throws, speed-interval, sfx when thrown, easier tile remapping, etc. After all, isn't it the reason why we look for disassemblies in the first place?
