Description: A 16x32 Marine Pop which uses Mario's hitbox. While in it, he will always be facing right and in his Yoshi-riding pose. Fire Flowers, Cape Feathers, and P-Balloons will not work.

The player can press X or Y to fire a torpedo. It will hit Turn Blocks and Question Blocks and kill most sprites.

Not recommended to be used with Yoshi. It will work, but look and control awkwardly.

Make sure to specify the sprite number of the torpedo (pop_torpedo.cfg) from list.txt in the Marine Pop (marine_pop.asm), or you will not be able to fire torpedoes!

This sprite seems to be incompatible with lx5's custom powerups (I have a funny feeling it might have to do with the 32x32 player patch included with the powerups, but I'm not 100% sure). I've provided a couple of screenshots to show what I mean, just in case someone here can look into finding a fix.

There doesn't seem to be anything stopping the player from repeatedly pressing the fire button and spawning way too many torpedos.

Added defines for speeds of the Marine Pop for more user-friendliness.

Converted to PIXI and added SA-1 compatibility. Added tags and a screenshot.

The code for the Marine Pop has been optimized a little and sound effects have been made configurable.

Note that this might not agree with NMSTL patches (Extended NSTL is more likely to break something) because it uses a fixed OAM position (slots 16 and 17).
