Added the sparkling effect also to the star in the roulette item (the one that goes in the glass block).

Note that with a large amount of stars on screen and a high sparkling frequency some stars might be unable to produce sparks, due to SMW having a limited amount of slots available for spark sprites. There is not much that can be done about this.

Tested with: Lunar Magic 3.40, SA-1 Pack 1.40, UberASMTool 1.6, Snes9x 1.62.3.

Just tested it and you're right! Awesome!

I disabled the star's palette cycling for simplicity's sake and thought of this just yesterday! Does this happen to affect the reserve star item (released from item box, obviously) as well? It's not too big of a deal, but would be nice regardless. I'm not sure if the falling reserve item is a different form of the regular star.
