    I wonder if Kefka's Laugh is already in this sample pack? Because Qwoll has done a Kefka's Laugh separately.

    Funny you should ask: Kefka's Laugh in the original game isn't a sample, but rather a sound effect made by playing notes with the "Synth 03" sample while pitch modulating them with the "Pipe Organ (high)" sample. You can see this used in Dancing Mad (part 5) in the soundtrack.

    What Qwoll ripped was that whole sound effect as a single .brr sample, rather than the raw samples used to make that sound (and actually, Qwoll's sample is lower-pitched and cuts off early compared to the original, so it's not the most accurate representation, unfortunately).
