| Description: | This patch makes "Vertical Scroll at Will" move the camera upward when the player is close to the top of the screen, regardless of what the player is doing. It is intended to keep the player on-screen in troublesome situations like spin-jumping off enemies, while leaving camera behavior unchanged in normal situations. |
