Description: | This patch changes the Urchin graphics routine to draw 2 8x8 tiles for the eyes instead of 1 16x16. By default, (the left halves of) the eye tiles are moved to the unused tiles $AB and $BB, completely freeing up the 16x16 tiles at $CA and $CC in GFX 06. Note that using this requires either a change in the usual sprite header to one that allots 6 tiles per sprite (like 0E), or the use of the No More Sprite Tile Limits patch, or SA-1 with header 08. See the included .asm file for more information. Requested by AmperSam. |
