Description: The floating spike ball is officially called a mine but it doesn't actually behave like one because it doesn't explode. This one is an actual mine which will detonate itself.

Requested by  AmperSam who thought a non-exploding mine is too ridiculous.

Relatively straightforwad, a few things I noticed is that !ExplodeOnFire, the comment says it's trigged by both normal player fireballs and yoshi fireballs (it does not work with the latter), and that !ExplodeOnShells, the shell or similar sprites do not have to be kicked to trigger an explosion, they trigger explosion even if stationary, which I suppose can be interesting in some situations.

Also, I like how the description in .asm says "It's basically." Basically what? You can't leave me on a cliffhanger like that!
