Fixed throwing position for Fire Brothers, added missing routine (copied from Sonikku's Fire Bro), used more sane defaults (won't spawn a brother by default, use default IDs as defined by included list.txt).I recommend mikeyk over Sonikku's Brother sprites because the sprite uses the same tilemap as the former and Sonikku's also have a bug with this where the brother's speed is preserved (most notably, this messes up stationary brothers).
It's otherwise a functional sprite even if it could have been improved (e.g. the Fire Brother doesn't shoot the flames directly from its mouth since it uses the inverted hammer throwing positions).
