Description: As the name implies, this block is supposed to act like a regular pipe tile if X exits have not yet been obtained. However, if such amount of exits or MORE have been obtained, the block behaves like a horizontal pipe with exit enabled.
The amount of exits needed for the pipe to work can be easily defined in decimal in the ASM file.
Credit is not required, but would be appreciated.
