Description: | Bowser, the king of the Koopas, decides to conquer many universes thanks to his army in order to become the ruler of every single living being. Unfortunately Mario is busy saving his brother so he won't be the protagonist of this mission, because that honor goes to... Scyther? Yes, him, the mantis who lives in the Safari Zone of Kanto. Various portals have been created due to Bowser and one of these is created in front of our bored hero. He decides to enter it and he will find himself an adventure that will keep him less bored. Will he be able to defeat the King of the Koopas? . Absurd plot aside, this is an update of Super Lakitu 3, because that hack deserved to be updated once and for all. After many changes and decisions I finally completely modified Super Lakitu 3 and transformed it... into this. The levels are the same as Super Lakitu 3, but I have changed the graphics, music and bosses. I hope you enjoy it and I wish you all a great New Year! . Good luck Scyther! |

The concept and visuals of the hack are very nice and the author is to be congratulated, they were the reason I got interested and they deliver what was expected.
I found the boss fights to be a mixed bag. I thought the first one with Robotnik was amazing (and the best in the game) and there are some other really cool ones, but some are simply boring and one of them I found horrible (the creature that spins in a whirlpool).
The stages seemed very linear and simple to me, which ends up making me like them less compared to other projects and I also missed an overworld so I could revisit the stages whenever I wanted. However, I see the similarity with the original Super Mario Bros and I understand that this point is more of my preference.
But the point that bothered me the most in the game is a simple thing: I didn't have a clear visual indicator that I had a mushroom. Sometimes I forgot if I could take a hit or not and I don't think that's ideal.
Anyway, I found it to be an average hack, but I recommend it for the idea of choosing Scyther as the protagonist.
hack was fun and cool, the idea of the game's plot was engaging until the end.
Regarding the hack itself this is a HUGE update regards the previous version, a complete overhaul in every level, i had some issues with some of the water levels, where the end tiles of water at thebottom sea was too high from the lower end of the screen and I fell to the pit.
Changed the difficulty to Standard: Hard because the last 2 worlds (last 8 levels) mainly for the
over all, pretty good hack, congrats. Approved.

Short and sweet experience (100% completion in 90 mins), but got a little tedious at some points due to mostly no midpoints. Usually that wasn't an issue, though, as the stages were pretty short.

I found bugs/issues:
It isn't defined which plants come out of the pipes even if Mario remains on top of it. It seems random for each plant.
Stage 32 = The ground stay out of screen, if you die after checkpoint:
