This hack features 7 worlds filled with fun and traditional levels and an secret extra world for those who wants more challenge and exploration. In total the hack has 93 exits to find. Our Toad protagonists also have a few more moves on their dispose like the walljump and the charged jump from SMB2. I hope you enjoy. v1.30 - Fixed talking flowers causing dragon coins &moons to not register correctly - Added a few shortcut pipes around the map replacing Toad houses - Toad houses replaced by pipes can be acessed without needing to find them via secret exits - A few new songs added or replaced to better suit the levels atmosphere - Some small level design tweaks - Lots of talking flowers with useless dialogue removed |

EDIT: Okay, I checked Patcdr moderation stream on twitch and it seems I acidentally put one extra purple coin in that section, the player is suposed to collect 99 to get the moon but getting the extra coin resets the counter, you should be able to get the moon by avoiding that extra 1 coin.
maybe in a updated version remove one coin?

I think it only works with Blue Toad due to a bug but I may be wrong
I still want to know the title screen music
With this problems I'm afraid to play this hack, because I don't want going back for this levels when I collect everything and hack won't indicate that. But everything's okay for me, and for now I'll give it a 5/5.
About the moons, they are not suposed to work like in SMWTPR3, you have to clear certain challenges depending on the moon color.
yellow moons - they're normal you usually find them in hidden places or at the end of hard routes.
blue moons - dont collect any coins during the level
green moon - collect 7 green coins at the same section of the level without entering any pipes
purple moon - collect all of the 99 purple coins in the same section of the level the moon is in before the time runs out.

Okay, thanks for replying, for now I'm finding everything - for yoshi coins to hidden moons (and posting youtube shorts with tricks for infinite lives in your hacks). I also found something strange: in Bottomless Pit Fort you set 6 YOSHI COINS, like in the first hack for the sequel of Classic Mario World. The same thing is in the level ,,Bullying No More"
a question what's the music on the title screen?
I should have indicated that better with the level design xd
maybe on the next update I'll do that.

I finished 1.1.1 a few weeks ago with 100% and as I was writing my review I oticed you had a 1.2 update with 3up moons as collectable so I just got 100% on the latest update
I had tons of fun playing this. Level designs were amazing. The overworld design was great. The map is very linear so its good to know you don't miss any paths, but would have been nice to see a less flat overworld.
I loved that you made a green toxic waste theme instead of the usual lava for the final world.
Overall I give this have 5/5

Level "Fighting Fields" = How I get this moon?
Level "Yossy's Glade" = Background bugged.
Level "Koopa Tower Climb" = How I re-enter on this level after beat it?
To reenter the castle levels press X and Y together.
the hint or tip of getting that blue moon in Fighting Fields level is given near the end of the Deep Dive level, which that one is a few levels later than Fighting Fields - avoid getting any coins in the fighting level, not even the big coins nor the ones from ? boxes
the coins are reseted as soon as you start the level.
I'm in the final star level and i can say that this hack is great in the technical and playable sides.
congratulations on this game i had loads of fun.
If you are reading this comments to check if its worth playing this hack, i will say that is a 101% worth it
I appreciated that dragon coins are saved when you collect them, even if you die, but noticed some levels I would get all 5 coins, and then it'd just forget that I got 1 or 2 coins, so I'd have to go back and get them again. That was kinda annoying, as I was going for 100% completion. But at least the dragon coins were mostly in good places. (Save for one I had to blindly jump into a pit for, that was... Questionable)
The hack looks good, sounds good, and plays pretty well. I largely enjoyed the experience, save for the pitfalls mentioned above. Would recommend it.
Approximate time to complete 100%:
- Added 3up moons challenges to every level in the game, they require the player to reach several challenges tied to them.
- 3up moons now count as collectibles and appear at the hud on the overworld map.
- Fixed music speeding up at the credits after the final boss
- Final boss dificulty has been rebalanced to be a bit easier
- Changed some post final boss dialogue with "Bowser???"
- Fixed horizontal wrap generator not triggering after respawning after the last checkpoint at Castle 5
can you also release this new version on the romhacking site?
edit 5/15 - the RHDN site still has the 1.1 or 1.10 version; 1.2 or 1.20 not yet available on the RHDN site
If you had run on any problems please try the new version of the hack.
changelog v1.1.1
-Fixed Overworld Earthquake triggering randomly
-Slighty buffed final boss last phase
-Tweaked the very last section of the secret final level
-Added in-game credits after the final boss and ending cutscenes
-Removed the ability to scroll with the camera on the main map due to a random crash that would ocur
that had no way to be fixed other than this method.
- Added a powerup hut close to the secret final level map
- fixed some grammar mistakes in the Brazilian portuguese version
Thanks a tester of mine had reported me about the Bowser earthquake already, I didnt know the game crashing while scrolling on the map was a thing, I tried searching about it but I dk how to fix it so I'll probably have to disable the camera scrolling on the overworld since it only happens during it.
The first being when you complete the first level of the world, Bowser's eartquake event appears in the overworld. I don't know if it is intentional or a bug in the game (I rather believe in the second), however, the second problem is already a serious one.
When I finished the castle of the first world and moved on to the next overworld while I was exploring the overworld with the camera the game crashed causing my emulator to also fail, having to close it and reopen it, luckily all the progress I made is saved
I am using snex9, I don't know if it is a problem with my emulator or the rom itself, if it is a problem to take into account
