Exits the level if up, and ONLY up, is pressed. That means no holding the run button.
To fix, change:
-----
Main:
LDA $15 ;is up
CMP #$08 ;pressed
BNE Return
---to:
Main:
LDA $15 ;is up
AND #$08 ;pressed
BEQ Return
-----

This does not play a level end sequence at all (probably intentional, exactly what I wanted it to do).
