Description: For people who want hacks that are completely muted except for SFX, this is for you!

Not all songs are muted, but Here we go! becomes muted and disables echo commands, while Cave Drums is muted and enables SFX echoing.

If one remoderates this patch, please note that this patch is for those who strictly don't wanna use any Addmusic at all. Plus, this allows you to have echo without any peripheral code or music at all, and I heard that there's a bug with AMK where removing all songs causes some samples to not play. Just bringing out my two cents ahead of time.
