No real tool like this that helps changing the title menu/ow border/save menu/map arrows/continue images. Very useful for visual tweaks, but the tool is unreliable when this message pops up; "File decompression routine has been moved to an unknown location. Program may not function correctly."

Is there a known fix for that error? I can't seem to find a way to actually get the tool to open the file.
