Make sure to save your ZST beforehand and that the .stim contents matches with the tilemap you've actually created. On worst case, rely with Smallhacker's Terra Stripe if your layer 3 image is never saved correctly. Sadly there's no alternatives if you're editing layer 1 or 2.
