Description: This patch will install a 16-bit timer to control the duration of the GAME OVER and TIME UP screens, which will be allowed to use separate values. Additionally, both scenes will be skippable by pressing start (it can be disabled though), to eventually avoid annoyances caused by longer waiting times. Useful if you want to use a game over song which is longer than the default one without sound cut. Note that this patch will leave $7E:143D completely untouched, so you can use it for whatever.
