music: 10/10 -good on non-smb3 music (title screen and scorpion's hideout)
graphics 9/10 -Like the textures, but some minor cutoffs.
gameplay 7/10 -pretty hard, but worth it.
I like the hack, but I notice some strange glitches (those that stands out):
-In layer 3 background levels, if lock animation and sprite flag is set (7E:009D), it disappears briefly until $9D is back to #$00 (like after the player taking damage animation)
-Sometimes the screen fades to the map prematurely before the death music ends.
-the boss bass's (SMB3 enemy) instant kill glitches out by playing the "end bonus game" music rather than a death music and can either cause the game to freeze, replaying the first part of the song again or fade to map prematurely.
-somethimes, getting a powerup (or taking damage (I think)) animation can "flicker" glitch sprite tiles for 1 frame.
-screen scrolling pipes's top cap can warp the player 1-block up when touched on the sides. Are you sure that you are using my pipes? My pipes were never programmed like that when the player is outside the pipe (non-pipe scrolling mode).
-frog suit glitches:
-"missingno" (or scrambled) pixels during the powerup animation transition.
-On walls that face right and meet the ceiling (the concave corner on top-left), if you hold B or A and press up and right, the player goes inside the block and die.
-If you keep holding in the direction to enter an exit-enabled pipe, it can play the pipe sound twice.
-some of the spinjump frames are mario instead of spirita.
-you "crouch" (to have a 16x16 hitbox) if you hold down (or diagonally) even though you are in a "swim down" pose (which is 16x32 size)
overall (average): 5.33/10, Its okay, but if glitches are fixed, I say 9/10.
