    I found that it's from the SNES game Wrecking Crew '98.
    I don't know why SPCs from the original game were even included in the submissions at the time.

    i know this is an old song, however i was browsing through low-rated songs and i honestly think this deserves a better rating. it's simple but wrecking crew uses simple instruments and honestly i could see myself using one of these as a ringtone, or maybe in a hack as custom p-switch music
