The design, for how linear it is, is well varied, with neat gimmicks that make it a pretty fun one. Again, the kind of design is linear most of the times, where you're supposed to go straight right avoiding a bunch of enemies. Something that impressed me is how you managed to organize the difficulty curve: it's really smooth, the game slowly becames more challenging as you keep going. A fun hack overall, even if it gets kind of boring after you passed a few levels.
Aesthetics would look impressive for the period this hack was relased in, but nowadays, it's nothing this impressive: some sets do a really nice job, but most of the times, the palettes look wrong, the BG + FG matchings are clashy, and so on.
Misc issues encountered:
-This hack contains Satan crashes accurate emulators. Yes, at the titlescreen your emulator will suddently stop working. I have no idea why.
-The star theme has glitched up music: probably, since the author used the SMAS music kit base, this messed up samples in normal musics.
-The level 5-S2 is almost impossible, you have to make a perfect run in order to complete the level.
-Some parts require you to break vertical walls of Brick Blocks with MechaKoopas. For some reason, this doesn't work. While you can be stuck in such sections, if you happen to have a Feather, you can break them with it. This happens in 2-6 and in 5-S1
-Massive slowdown in some levels.
