Not too bad. This was fun to play, but some flaws were hard to ignore.
The design is good: the ground is varied enough so that even a first world is actually fun to play. What brings it down are the flaws. The puzzle in that gold cave is easily breakable, and it's also very hard to make it without being hit; mainly because when you get the key, you can't see the mole underneath you that helps you passing the row of munchers. Another freqent flaw are blindjumps: you can see it by finding the door in the gold cave level that leads you to the puzzle, and in the castle level, where you have to fall where the spikes are. Overall, again, it's fun, the design is okay for the most part, but these silly errors were a bit annoying.
Aesthetics are not too good. Some of them actually looked wrong (like the ground's palette or some of the backgrounds). The grassland levels also look overdecorated; there's just too much on the screen, and it's not too pleasant to see.
- Minor slowdown in a few areas.
- Some upside-down slopes don't have the right actlike, and they're passable.
Overall, was going to give 3 stars, but then gave two. An okay-ish hack if you're not too nipticky.
