New generation of custom blocks

Just for the sake of keeping C3 full of surprises, I decided to keep this for today. I present you...

32x32 Blocks!</big>

MANY MANY MANY MANY thanks goes to a certain person whom I don't really feel like mentioning. Without him I wouldn't be able to create those. This package contains 3 blocks so far: 32x32 P-switch, SMB3 Treasure chest (found in Toad's Houses) and a 32x32 coin which gives you about 50-70 coins (varies).

Here you can see a bit of them:

I guess you guys already saw this:

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/PTmesodthQ4&hl=nl&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/PTmesodthQ4&hl=nl&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

That's the 32x32 P-Switch.

And about the treasure chest...

Claim the package here:

(Yes, I ripped the map16 change routine from the door generator at the custom sprites section)

There should be labels named TileNumber. Those are the map16 number of the blocks it will change. When you touch the blocks the blocks basically change into new map16 blocks.

I love you
Just back here to browse a bit.
Wow, thats pretty cool! I could definitely find a lot of uses for that 32x32 giant coin.
That is some really good work right there. The 32x32 P-Switch looks absolutely amazing but do you think you can put the the P in the middle instead of just the exclamation point? That might look even cooler ;)
The treasure chest is awesome. I don't know how Mario opened a treasure chest taller than him but then again that's just Super Mario World. Good Job Ersanio :)

That is sweet! Does it come with 32x32 Frozen Blocks as well? I really need those.
Good idea. The P-switch one would be great for Army of One,, it could be like a big detonator... Very cool overall!
Oh, it is so on.

Those already exist, mikeyk made them. They spawn a sprite when destoryed too.
I forgot to mention that those blocks are made for smkdan's blocktool super deluxe, the ASM Insertion feature.

And if you guys find any bugs in it, please tell me.
My blog. I could post stuff now and then

My Assembly for the SNES tutorial (it's actually finished now!)
Let me guess the guy that helped you
