Instead of coming up with mere excuses and whatnot to leave the "problems" of this hack untouched, as well as coming up with pseudo-sarcastic replies, you should actually take the criticism people have been giving you more seriously. Just sayin'.
Anyway, your overworld is actually fairly better than the average OW we see around, but the palettes used in it, as well as the inexplicably use of Super Famicom logos and weird-looking blocks throughout really irks me, to be frank. I'm not really fond of the "AH" thingy formed by those small hills on the left either, nor do I like the top portion of it, which seems to be blatantly edited from the original SMW overworld.
As for the actual levels... honestly, they don't look all that good... the majority of them have extremely eye-searing palettes, and some of them seem to be blatantly edited from certain SMW levels (Donut Secret House (though you apparently already dealt with this one), Vanilla Dome 4, etc). Also, you sort of overused certain things such as coins and cement blocks in the level that uses the typical level 105 background, if I do say so myself... I would recommend getting rid of a good amount of these things in that level.
About the title screen, the palette of the slot select menu doesn't look so good... on top of that, the border looks kind of awkward as well, to be honest. It seems like you have some work to do regarding the title screen... yeah.
Overall, this hack needs some work. Assuming you plan on actually submitting this to the hacks section, you should keep this hack good-looking, with a somewhat balanced difficulty line etc, otherwise it will most likely end up getting removed.
