Are there any Super Mario Advance 3 versions of the Super Mario World 2 hacks that are in the database?

I've never actually played Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island before. I've only played its remake, Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3 for the Game Boy Advance, and that game is supposed to be better than Super Mario World 2. I would love to play Yoshi's Island hacks, but I'd rather not get involved with Super Mario World 2. I'd rather play Super Mario Advance 3 because that is what I'm used to.

I'm wondering if there are Super Mario Advance 3 versions of the Super Mario World 2 hacks that are in the database that could be patched and played on a Game Boy Advance emulator like Visual Boy Advance. If there are any then where can I get the patches?

There aren't any official versions, but you can use this tool to convert the SNES versions to GBA. Since the GBA version of the ROM is different from the SNES version, and that the hacks were only intended for the SNES version, you may find that some levels in the hacks do not function correctly when converted to GBA.Free counters!
I don't believe that tool converts anything except levels though, so level names, messages, level icons, custom sprite sets or palettes (if any), etc. will be unchanged. And the GBA version has a few additional settings to compensate for the smaller screen size, which won't be properly converted either.

I also happen to prefer the GBA version, but without a full conversion available, I recommend just playing the hacks on the SNES version. You can always set up your control scheme to match (GBA B/A/R = SNES Y/B/A matches up near-perfectly, the differences being that the SNES item menu is accessed by Start instead of Select, exiting levels in the SNES version is done by pressing Select while paused, and the minigame code is different). The SNES version annoyingly resets your life count whenever you reload your save file, though.
