Oh my god how long has it been?
Well, now that I've gotten out of a state of not even opening LM, due to a mega rage quit because my very long and detailed idea fell apart dramatically, I've finally made some progress. There is one important thing though. The water level will now be level 3, and this new level will be level 2. This is due to the levels now matching the overworld and because I kinda run aground in terms of new ideas.

Just past the start. That pokey must be 5 segments to pass.
Now that the pokey is 5 segments, we can continue. That yoshi block only allows sprites to pass it.
Even though that bottom shell can be jumped on twice, it is still possible with only one bounce. I probably will change it to a regular shell. Also the ? block has a mushroom.
Definitely gonna change this bit.
Before and after. To get past you need to time throwing the shell so the turn block stops spinning at the right time so the chuck will land on it. Although what actually happens is the chuck jumps up 2 tiles and the turn block pushes it up. But either way, it works.
Oh and the p-switch block kills Mario when he is holding an item.
