This is kinda hard to ask, but...

I'd like to have a knock at reviewing a bad hack and making a funny removal log. Y'know, just like the old times.
But... I can't ASM and I get biased against chocolate hacks using resources directly ripped from other games not from the franchise the original game is from. Also I'm not mod and I have little knowledge.
All the same I shall try, so please may I have a go? Please? #tb{''}

This is probably the biggest issue with this. The only people who are allowed to moderate hacks anymore are hack moderators, so I don't think they're going to let someone do that who only has 23 posts and even said themselves that they have little knowledge of hacking.

Besides, those reviews like "the good old days" have long since been abolished if you're talking about what I think you're talking about (where the remover has like a huge list of screenshots and nitpicks underneath making fun of the tiniest detail, right?), so even if you were a mod it probably wouldn't be as exciting anyway.

Sorry, but I have a feeling they're not going to let you. ...Of course I could be proven wrong though.

I don't think it's going to happen. I'd also like to add that sometimes making jokes in a removal log to make it seem "funny" can very likely not be well welcomed by the hack author, which is something a hack moderator, trusted to give their final decision on a hack objectively, will want to avoid. Even if you were to make a normal removal log, you wouldn't be given it since this is obviously what the site already has hack moderators for.

Really feel like doing something similar to a (funny) removal log? Leave a review in the hack page stating your opinions on why the hack should be removed with the jokes there - it's the closest to a removal log you can do being a regular user.
Sorry for asking...

Yes, I am talking about that.

I actually kinda liked them. I remember one where there was a fake newsflash about a dry-bones' anger after a dynamic sprite glitched them. And another from which I remember the quotes 'i haz invisible cape' 'and i wax u wit it'. Yeah, reading the old log was really fun and I am kinda upset they went away.

I might try that.

Yes, you should do this if you want to "moderate" a hack. I've post several moderator-style reviews of hacks, pointing out their strengths and flaws and even adding a few screenshots for some criticisms. A couple of authors responded to my reviews and drastically improved their hacks, so posting constructive reviews can be very helpful.

I mean removing logs is a little far but comments are there for a reason
